For Cancer Programs

Program Planning
Provide education on the current state of Cell Therapy and what it takes to establish a successful program; Assess current program capabilities and identify gaps to offering Cell Therapy; and set expected patient volumes to drive investment decisions.
Implementation Planning
Develop tactical, capital and resource plans to prepare for inpatient and outpatient care delivery; identify and support key decisions on the implementation model, including which capabilities to deliver in-house and which to deliver through partnerships and outsourcing (including cell collection and processing).
Training and Competency Development
Deliver elbow to elbow training and support, with acCELLapy clinical and operational experts deployed to deliver peer training; and bring sample best in class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and aid the required customization for each provider.
Expertise Provision
Provide supporting services to accelerate the provision of Cell Therapy programs, including revenue cycle optimization and payer negotiations, data management and reporting, EMR calibration and ongoing quality management.
